The Colour Purple
WATCH: Why don't country flags use the colour purple?
TALK: Why didn't countries use the colour purple on their
flags?
Is the same reason still true? What does a flag represent? If you could design a flag
to represent you what would it have on it? How about your family? What is important
to the people in your bubble?
DO: Design your own flag for your house. Think of the different people that make up
your bubble, the different personalities and what would be a good representation of you all.

    Hunter, I did not know about there not being any countries flag with the colour purple in it. I am going to see if any of my friends know this.

    Some interesting information there Hunter. We have those wee violet sea snails wash up in the summer with blue bottles rarely on the beach here. The slugs in the snail shells eat the blue bottles. I collected some once and put the shells into hot water. The water turned a dark deep purple colour. The colour came from the slugs as said in the video link you shared with the article.
